1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Fatum, an AI-powered astrology and fortune-telling platform operated by Quoruz ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Fatum mobile application, website (fatumapp.com), and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use Fatum. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information, including your birth date, birth time, and birth place
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

4. Service Description

Fatum provides AI-powered astrological consultancy services, including but not limited to:

• Personalized AI assistant conversations about astrology and horoscopes
• Birth chart (natal chart) analysis based on your birth information
• Daily horoscope readings
• Voice and text-based interactions with mythological AI assistants
• Quest and reward systems for engagement

Entertainment Disclaimer

Fatum is intended for entertainment and informational purposes only. Astrological readings, horoscopes, and AI-generated insights provided through the Service should not be considered as professional advice for medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other critical decisions. You acknowledge that astrological content is based on traditional interpretations and AI models, and results may vary. Always consult qualified professionals for important life decisions.

5. Virtual Currency — Obol System

Fatum uses a virtual currency called "Obol" (credits) to facilitate interactions within the app.

Earning Obols

• Daily login rewards and streak bonuses
• Completing quests and achievements
• Purchasing Obol packages through in-app purchases

Spending Obols

• Each chat message with an AI assistant costs 10 Obols
• Additional premium features may have varying Obol costs

Important Terms

• Obols have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Obols are non-transferable between accounts
• We reserve the right to modify Obol pricing, earning rates, and redemption values
• Unused Obols may expire if your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months
• In the event of account termination due to Terms violations, remaining Obols may be forfeited

6. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Fatum may offer subscription plans and in-app purchases through Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Billing: Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account at confirmation of purchase
• Cancellation:You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management settings
• Refunds: Refund requests are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not process refunds directly
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices. You will be notified in advance, and changes will apply to the next billing cycle

7. Acceptable Use

When using Fatum, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or abuse the Obol system or reward mechanisms
• Send abusive, harassing, or inappropriate messages to AI assistants
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the application
• Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the Service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or bans
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or personal data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

8. AI-Generated Content

Fatum uses artificial intelligence to generate astrological content and responses. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date
• Responses from AI assistants are algorithmically generated and do not constitute human advice
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any astrological interpretation
• AI assistants may occasionally produce unexpected or inappropriate responses despite our content moderation efforts
• Your interactions with AI assistants may be used to improve the Service (in anonymized form)

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, AI models, software, and the overall design — are the exclusive property of Quoruz and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
• Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any decisions you make based on astrological content provided through the Service

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• Your account data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period
• Any remaining Obols in your account may be forfeited
• Active subscriptions should be cancelled through your device's settings

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Istanbul, Turkey.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify you via email or in-app notification
• Require acceptance of updated Terms before continued use of the Service
